Energy is either imported directly (as in the case of oil products and coal products), or produced through some intermediate transformation processes using imported fuel inputs (as in the case of electricity and gas). 自 2006年年初開始，香港亦有很小規模的風力發電。此外，由 2007年開始，垃圾堆填區的沼氣已用作生產煤氣的燃料。而由 2010年開始，油產品亦包括生物柴油。 Hong Kong also has very small scale wind power generation as from early 2006. In addition, landfill gas has been utilised as the fuel for gas production as from 2007. Net import statistics are derived by subtracting re-export statistics from the corresponding import statistics. 表 2.4和表 2.5所列有關油產品的儲存容量、油庫儲存量及銷售等統計數字，是機電工程署根據香港各主要石油公司按月提供的數據編製而成。 Based on monthly returns submitted by the leading petroleum companies in Hong Kong, the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD) compiles statistics on the storage capacity, tank stock and sales of various types of oil products, as shown in Tables 2.4 and 2.5. 電力及煤氣的本地使用量、生產、進出口、銷售收入及一般價目等統計數字是由香港電燈有限公司、中華電力有限公司及香港中華煤氣有限公司所提供。此等統計數字列於表4.1 - 4.3及附錄 A和 B。 Statistics on the local consumption, production, imports / exports, sales revenue and general tariff in respect of both electricity and gas are supplied by The Hongkong Electric Company, Limited; CLP Power Hong Kong Limited; and The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited.They are presented in Tables 4.1 - 4.3 and Appendices A and B. - 2 -Hong Kong Energy Statistics Q1 2018 Quarterly ReportCensus and Statistics Department, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region香港能源統計 2018第1季季刊香港特別行政區 政府統計處概要 Highlights 1. 概況 1.Overview 1.1 2018年第 1季與 2017年第 1季比較，油產品及煤產品的淨進口貨值合計顯著上升31.6%，而與 2017年第 4季比較亦上升0.5%。 表 1.1 1.1 The total value of net imports of oil products and coal products in Q1 2018 increased notably by 31.6% when compared with Q1 2017, and also increased by 0.5% when compared with Q4 2017.Table 1.1 2. 油產品 2. Oil Products2.1 2018年第 1季與上年同季比較，所有種類的油產品的淨進口貨量均大幅增加。然而，與 2017年第 4季比較，除燃油和石油氣外，所有種類的油產品的淨進口貨量則下跌。 表 2.1 2.1 In Q1 2018, the quantity of net imports expanded substantially for all types of oil products, when compared with a year earlier. Nevertheless, compared with Q4 2017, the quantity of net imports decreased for all types of oil products, except for fuel oil and LPG. Table 2.1 2.2 2018年第 1季與上年同季比較，所有種類的油產品的進口單位價格均顯著上升。與2017年第 4季比較，除石油氣和天然氣外，所有種類的油產品的進口單位價格均上升。 表 2.2 2.2 In Q1 2018, the unit value of imports rose considerably for all types of oil products, when compared with a year earlier. Compared with Q4 2017, the unit value of imports increased for all types of oil products, except for LPG and natural gas. Table 2.2 2.3 中國內地是香港近年一些進口油產品的最主要供應地。在 2018年第 1季，全港所有的天然氣及差不多所有的石油氣均進口自中國內地。至於油產品轉口方面，在2018年第 1季，澳門仍是最主要的轉口目的地。 表 2.3 2.3 The mainland of China has been the major suppliers of some oil products imported into Hong Kong in recent years. In Q1 2018, the mainland of China accounted for all imports of natural gas and nearly all imports of LPG. Regarding re-exports of oil products, Macao remained the major destination in Q1 2018. Table 2.3 2.4 2018年第 1季與 2017年第 4季比較，煤油，輕質柴油、重質柴油與石腦油以及石油氣的油庫儲存量均上升，而其他油產品的油庫儲存量則下跌。 表 2.4 2.4 Comparing Q1 2018 with Q4 2017, the level of tank stock of kerosene; gas oil, diesel oil and naphtha; and LPG increased, while that of other oil products decreased. Table 2.4 2.5 在 2018年第 1季，所有的石油氣 (100.0%)、煤油 (100.0%) 及大部份無鉛車用汽油(97.5%)均作本地使用的銷售。船艙儲存佔燃油總銷售量的 100.0%。飛機艙儲存佔航空汽油與煤油總銷售量的 99.9%。 表 2.52.5 In Q1 2018, all of the sales of LPG (100.0%) and kerosene (100.0%), and also a very high percentage of the overall sales of unleaded motor gasoline (97.5%) were for local consumption. Ship stores accounted for 100.0% of the overall sales of fuel oil. Aircraft stores took up 99.9% of the overall sales of aviation gasoline and kerosene. The quantity of net imports of this type of coal products in Q1 2018 dropped by 6.4% and 18.4% when compared with a year earlier and Q4 2017 respectively. Table 3.34. 電力及煤氣 4.Electricity and Gas 4.1 按數量計算， 2018年第 1季本地總用電量較上年同季上升 2.8%，與 2017年第 4季比較則下跌 11.3%。在 2018年第 1季，商業用戶佔總用電量 67.5%，住宅用戶佔 24.9%，而工業用戶則佔 7.6%。 表 4.1 4.1 In volume terms, the total local consumption ofelectricity in Q1 2018 increased by 2.8% whencompared with a year earlier, but decreased by 11.3%when compared with Q4 2017. The shares of overallelectricity consumption in volume terms in Q1 2018were 67.5% for commercial users, 24.9% for domestic users and 7.6% for industrial users. Table 4.1 4.2 按數量計算， 2018年第 1季本地煤氣總用量較上年同季上升 5.0%，而與 2017年第 4季比較亦上升 28.1%。在 2018年第 1季，住宅用戶佔煤氣總用量的 56.6%，商業用戶佔38.3%，而工業用戶則佔 5.1%。 表 4.3 4.2 In volume terms, the total local consumption of gas inQ1 2018 increased by 5.0% when compared with a year earlier, and also increased by 28.1% when compared with Q4 2017. The shares of overall gasconsumption in volume terms in Q1 2018 were 56.6% for domestic users, 38.3% for commercial users and 5.1% for industrial users.
